Theater companies holding this license may permit sales, service, and given of alcoholic beverages in the lobbies and seating given of the theater for the period beginning two consecutive hours given to a live theatrical performance and ending three hours after the live theatrical performance is completed, subject to Section 25631.

This license may be issued to a certain non-profit mutual benefit corporation that meets the requirements of Business and Professions Code Section 23786.
